We prepare your parcels with care. The preparation time for your orders is between 24 hours and 48 hours depending on the mode of delivery chosen.
Monday to Friday
We prepare your orders within 24 hours to 48 hours depending on the inventory available and the delivery method you choose.
On Friday, any order placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on Monday.
The delivery times of your order exclude public holidays and Sundays. They depend on the delivery method that has been selected (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Chronopost). The customer takes into consideration and accepts the fact that the company Kalia Nature uses external providers (different carriers as well as the services of La Poste), who will take charge of the delivery of parcels. Therefore, the delivery times that are indicated on our site may be impacted by the service providers with whom we work, without the company Kalia Nature being held responsible for these delays and the consequences that may result.
3 working days from pick-up for delivery in metropolitan France.
3 to 6 working days from pick-up for delivery outside metropolitan France.
2 to 5 days for Colissimo shipments in metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco as well as Belgium.
4 to 8 days for Colissimo International Follow-up shipments for other European Union countries.
5 to 7 days for Colissimo DOM shipments (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon).
10 to 14 days for Colissimo TOM shipments (French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna).
1 to 3 days for Chronopost (Metropolitan France) shipments.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment based on: the destination territory, the number of products, the weight and the carrier you have selected.
We deliver all over the world.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs and import taxes are likely to be due upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country. It will be up to you to pay any taxes. We have no visibility on the amount of these that may vary from country to country.
Tracking your delivery
You will be able to track the delivery of your parcel at any time by logging into your private space, or with the tracking number that will be sent to you.
If you do not pick up your parcel at a relay point during the allotted time:
You will receive an email from Mondial Relay or Chronopost to inform you of the availability of your box in relay point. From the date of receipt of this email, you have 10 days to be able to pick up your parcel at your relay point. After this time, the parcel will be returned to us via Mondial Relay. You will then receive an email notification. You will have to pay a package (corresponding to the shipping fee), so that we can reseat your parcel.
If you do not pick up your parcel at The Post Office during the allotted time:
You will receive a notice of passage stating the date and address of the post office in which you can pick up your parcel, by presenting a piece of identification. From the date that will be mentioned on your notice of passage, you will have 15 days to be able to pick up your parcel at La Poste. After this time, the parcel will be returned to us by the Post Office. You will then receive an email notification. You will then have to pay a package corresponding to the shipping fee, so that we can reseat your parcel.
If you mentioned an incorrect delivery address in your customer space:
The Post Office will be unable to make the delivery. The package will be returned to us and you will be notified by email. You will then have to pay a package (corresponding to the shipping fee), so that we can reseat your parcel.
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 10 days, from the time your parcel is shipped, we advise you to contact your carrier and then our services by email, so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier concerned. If your package is found during this investigation, it will be rerouted. However, if it is not found, we will send you your parcel again (within the limit of available stocks) or we will refund you according to your choice.
Kalia Nature disclaims any liability in the event of longer delivery times due to the carrier, therefore, the customer will not be able to avail himself of any refund or compensation in this regard.
In the case of Colissimo delivery at home, if the parcel appears to be delivered by the Post Office system, no dispute over delivery will result in a refund or a new shipment of parcels.
We strongly advise you to opt for counter-signature delivery, allowing you to recover your order in exchange for your signature.
In the event of a change of relay point initiated by the delivery provider (Mondial Relay or Chronopost), Kalia Nature will not be held responsible for this decision and this will not give rise to a request for reimbursement.
In the event that the customer, would be unable to recover his order at the relay point due to a delivery error. We will be able to return his parcel, after receiving his previous parcel in our premises, not before. Or the refund of his order at the receipt of his parcel within our premises, not before.
